Welcome Back Hawks!! As we get our new year started, I wanted to remind everyone that our big unit for P.E. in the month of September is our Fitness Unit. I challenge each family to set aside at least 20 minutes a day and do some fun family activities where you can exercise. Please ask your children about exercises and muscles, as they will learn how to move and work out each muscle in the body.
